Connecting Salesforce means what happens on a call reaches the CRM without anyone typing it up afterwards. Your agent checks whether the person is already on file, creates them as a lead or as a contact depending on the case, and leaves the follow-up task for the team. For operations that run on volume, that is the difference between a pipeline that reflects reality and one that is a day behind.

What you need first

  • A Salesforce account with permission to create leads, contacts and tasks.
  • The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.
  • If your organization runs a sandbox and a production org, be clear about which one your agent should write to: the authorization applies to one.

How to connect it

1

Open Settings › Integrations

In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the Salesforce card.
2

Click Connect app

Salesforce’s authorization screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.
3

Sign in and authorize

Sign in with the Salesforce user that should own whatever your agent creates, and accept the access.
4

Come back to Ryvo

You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. Salesforce asks nothing else.

What your agent can do once it is connected

Actions are turned on one by one from View actions and the Tools section of the builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
