What you need first
- A Notion account and permission to connect integrations in that workspace.
- The pages and databases you want your agent to use. During the authorization you pick exactly which ones to share: Notion does not grant access to everything by default.
- The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.
How to connect it

Open Settings › Integrations
In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the Notion card.

Click Connect app
Notion’s authorization screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.

Pick WHICH pages to share
This is the step that decides whether the integration will be useful. Notion asks you to select the pages and databases you grant access to: tick the ones your agent needs to read or write. Anything you leave unticked, your agent cannot see.

Come back to Ryvo
You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. Notion asks nothing else inside Ryvo.
What your agent can do once it is connected
Actions are turned on one by one from View actions and the Tools section of the builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
