Pipedrive lives on the pipeline, and connecting it makes the pipeline move on its own during the call. Your agent checks whether the person already exists, creates them if not, opens the lead or the deal depending on how far along the intent is, and schedules the follow-up activity. It is the CRM integration with the most curated actions after GoHighLevel, and the one that best separates “there is interest” from “there is a sale coming”.

What you need first

  • A Pipedrive account with permission to create persons, leads, deals and activities.
  • The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.
  • Know which pipeline new deals should enter: Pipedrive sends them to your account’s default pipeline.

How to connect it

1

Open Settings › Integrations

In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the Pipedrive card.
2

Click Connect app

Pipedrive’s authorization screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.
3

Pick the company and authorize

Select the Pipedrive account your agent should write to and accept the permissions.
4

Come back to Ryvo

You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. Pipedrive asks nothing else.

What your agent can do once it is connected

Actions are turned on one by one from View actions and the Tools section of the builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
