Airtable is for teams that already built their operation there: inventory, orders, requests, whatever it is. Connecting it lets your agent query those records during the call and answer with the real figure. And write: log the request, the order or the lead with what it gathered, in the table you already use.

What you need first

  • An Airtable account with access to the base you want to use.
  • The base and the table already created. During the authorization you pick which bases to grant access to, so know which ones.
  • The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.

How to connect it

Open Settings › Integrations

In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the Airtable card.

Click Connect app

Airtable’s authorization screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.

Pick which bases to grant access to

Airtable asks you to tick the bases you want to share. Anything you leave unticked, your agent cannot see.

Come back to Ryvo

You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. Airtable asks nothing else inside Ryvo.

What your agent can do once it is connected

Actions are turned on one by one from View actions and the Tools section of the builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
Tell your agent which base and which table to work on, in its instructions inside the builder. Without that it has to guess among everything you shared.
