What you need first
- A Google account with edit access to the sheet you want to use.
- The sheet already created, with headers in the first row. Your agent searches by column, so a sheet without headers makes its job harder.
- The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.
How to connect it
1
Open Settings › Integrations
In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the Google Sheets card.
2
Click Connect app
Google’s authorization screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.
3
Pick the account and accept the permissions
Select the Google account that owns the sheet and accept.
4
Come back to Ryvo
You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. Google Sheets asks nothing else.
What your agent can do once it is connected
Actions are turned on one by one from View actions and the Tools section of the builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
Your agent needs to know which sheet to work on. You tell it that in the agent’s instructions, in the builder: put the spreadsheet id (the long part of its URL) and the tab name there.
