Outlook is the only integration in the catalog that solves two things at once: your business email and your calendar. With a single connection, your agent sends the confirmation by email and puts the appointment on the Microsoft 365 calendar your team already uses. If your company runs on Microsoft, this is the connection that saves you from wiring up a separate email and a separate calendar.

What you need first

  • A Microsoft 365 account (work or personal) with mail and calendar.
  • The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.
  • In organizations using Microsoft Entra, an administrator may have to approve the app before the authorization can complete.

How to connect it

1

Open Settings › Integrations

In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the Outlook card.
2

Click Connect app

Microsoft’s screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.
3

Pick the account and accept

Select the Microsoft account your agent should write and book from, and accept the permissions.
4

Come back to Ryvo

You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. Outlook asks nothing else.

What your agent can do once it is connected

Actions are turned on one by one from View actions and the Tools section of the builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
