Connecting HubSpot means every conversation is logged where your team already works. Your agent recognizes the caller, creates whoever is new, opens the deal when there is buying intent and leaves a note about what was agreed. The practical result: nobody has to type up the call afterwards, and follow-up starts with context instead of a blank record.

What you need first

  • A HubSpot account with permission to create and edit contacts and deals.
  • The Starter plan or higher in Ryvo, with the Engine module active.
  • If your HubSpot has several accounts, be clear about which one your agent should write to: the authorization applies to one.

How to connect it

1

Open Settings › Integrations

In the portal, go to Settings and then Integrations. Find the HubSpot card.
2

Click Connect app

HubSpot’s authorization screen opens in a new window. Meanwhile the card shows In progress.
3

Pick the account and authorize

Select the HubSpot account your agent should write to and accept the permissions.
4

Come back to Ryvo

You land back on the Integrations screen on your own and the card turns to Connected. HubSpot asks nothing else.

What your agent can do once it is connected

Actions are not on by default. Open the integration with View actions and turn on the ones you want in the Tools section of each agent’s builder, with a cap of 10 integration actions per agent.
